Additional information

Rabbit skin glue can be used for sizing canvas prior to oil priming and as an adhesive for gilding and woodwork. It is recommended to prepare the glue by dissolving in water just short of boiling point (60-63°C). Rabbit skin Glue is sold in 500g or 1kg as pellets, which are now slightly larger meaning longer preparation times.
