1. Courier delivery

Products are shipped within 1–3 business days (if possible, on the same working day until 3:00 PM) after payment for the ordered goods has been received. Deliveries within Lithuania are made on business days between 8:00 and 18:00. If you are unable to be present at the delivery location during that time, you must contact either the seller or the courier. Products are delivered within 2–5 business days from payment confirmation.

Important: if you notice damage to the shipment, take photos of the damaged area together with the entire package and send them by email. Also inform about any damaged goods, if applicable. Losses will be compensated either by the seller or the carrier.

2. International delivery

Goods are shipped to foreign countries using Lithuanian Post rates. Delivery times:

• 6–8 days (European Union countries)
• 12–16 days (other countries)
