TERMS

1. General provisions

These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter – the Rules) set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the person purchasing goods in the online store www.menomuza.lt (hereinafter – the Buyer) and UAB “Meno mūza” (hereinafter – the Seller) when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store www.menomuza.lt. By purchasing goods in the online store, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules.

2. Moment of concluding the purchase–sale contract

The purchase–sale contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, enters all required data, clicks “Buy” after agreeing to the rules, then clicks “Continue” and “Pay”, and completes payment (or chooses payment on delivery or in-store). The contract remains valid until all obligations under it are fully fulfilled.

3. Rights and obligations of the Buyer

Rights and obligations are exercised in accordance with the Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services When Contracts Are Concluded by Means of Communication, approved by Order No. 258 of 17 August 2001 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules and applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 7 working days from the date of delivery by notifying the Seller in writing, provided the goods are of good quality, undamaged, and their appearance has not substantially changed.
3.3. The Buyer has other rights provided in these Rules and applicable legal acts.
3.4. The Buyer must pay for the goods and delivery costs and accept the ordered goods.
3.5. The Buyer must promptly update registration data if it changes.
3.6. The Buyer must comply with other requirements set out in these Rules and applicable law.

4. Rights and obligations of the Seller

4.1. If the Buyer attempts to harm the online store or violates obligations, the Seller may restrict or terminate access without prior notice and is not responsible for resulting losses.
4.2. The Seller may suspend or terminate the online store’s operation at any time without notice and is not responsible for related losses.
4.3. The Seller may unilaterally change these Rules by publishing updates on the website; changes apply to transactions made after publication.
4.4. The Seller has other rights provided by these Rules and applicable law.
4.5. The Seller will make efforts to ensure proper use of the online store but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free data transmission and is not liable for related losses.
4.6. If the Seller cannot deliver the ordered product, it may offer an equivalent product; if the Buyer refuses, a refund is issued within 7 working days. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
4.7. The Seller must comply with other obligations set in these Rules.

5. Prices and payment

5.1. Prices in the online store include VAT.
5.2. Delivery cost is shown before order confirmation.
5.3. Payment can be made via bank transfer or card using Paysera (mokėjimai.lt / paysera.lt), or in cash/card in Vilnius or Kaunas stores.
5.4. Orders may be paid in selected currency before confirmation.

6. Delivery and guarantees

6.1. Delivery is performed via courier services. Couriers may contact the Buyer to confirm delivery time.
6.2. If the Buyer cannot accept delivery, they must inform the courier and Seller.
6.3. If the Buyer is not present at the agreed time and address, they cannot claim improper delivery.
6.4. The Buyer must check quantity, assortment, and quality upon receipt and sign confirmation documents.
6.5. Visible defects must be reported upon receipt; hidden defects must be reported within 7 days.
6.6. The Seller delivers to the specified address and timeframe and informs the Buyer of delays if they occur.
6.7. After payment, an invoice is issued.
6.8. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the Buyer.
6.9. Products meet standard quality requirements; descriptions are provided online.

7. Other provisions

7.1. These Rules are based on Lithuanian law.
7.2. Information on the website is considered provided in writing.
