If for any reason you wish to return goods, you must contact us within 7 business days from the date of receiving the shipment and provide: order number and date; product name and code; reason for return (e.g., damaged item, etc.); planned return date.
IMPORTANT – returned goods must be in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
If a product is marked as “pickup only” and not eligible for shipping, but the Buyer chooses delivery anyway, the Seller is not responsible for any damage or other issues occurring during transport.
