PC glazes create a traditional high-temperature effect when fired at Cone 5-6 (1196°C – 1222°C).

PC glazes have a beautiful and authentic appearance, making them ideal for all AMACO® ceramic and porcelain clays. Shake well before use. If needed, dilute with water or AMACO® Gum Solution. Apply three coats on bisque-fired pieces (Cone 05 – 1044°C), allowing each coat to dry before applying the next. Fire at Cone 5-6 (1196°C – 1222°C).

Each glaze includes specific layering variations, showing how it interacts with other glazes when used as a base coat or a top layer.
