The adhesive is a water-based dispersion of PVA. For decoupage technique (eg colored napkins on canvas, cardboard, paper, glass, wood, leather). Mix the glue well before use. It is possible to apply a second coat on top as a protective layer. Each coat dries for about 30 minutes.
