ArtCreation Essentials are reliable quality acrylic paints based on 100% acrylic resin. The paints have a pasty consistency, have a silky sheen, and the paint dries quickly and can be immediately overcoated. ArtCreation Essentials can be used straight from the tube or diluted with water. Once dry, the paint is waterproof.
