Charbonnel Aqua Wash etching inks are water-washable inks containing an oil emulsion, allowing them to be used similarly to traditional etching inks.

Made from ultra-fine, high-quality pigments, these etching inks are highly light-resistant and do not wipe off once dry. They are perfect for all techniques, including intaglio, relief printing, etching, linocut, monotype, aquatint, and more.

Designed for group work, suitable for both artists and students, Charbonnel Aqua Wash inks can be cleaned without solvents and are non-toxic, odorless, and easy to apply.

Tools, equipment, and plates do not rust when using Aqua Wash inks, as they contain no water. They dry slowly, at the same rate as solvent-based inks.
